• Week 2: Most patients can return to desk work. Light walking is encouraged to prevent blood clots. Some difficulty standing straight is normal.

• Week 3-6: Gradually resume normal activities. Continue wearing your compression garment. Manual lymphatic drainage massage helps reduce swelling.
